Terms and Conditions
- Form charges will be Rs. 100 which are not refundable.
- Incomplete or illegible Registration Forms, without photographs, will not be processed/ accepted.
- Students are requested to carefully fill and submit the Admission Form, as the information will be used to generate certificates, and changes after will be chargeable.
- Fees must be paid in 2 installments – 1st half on admission and 2nd half after 1 month.
- Fees once paid are NOT REFUNDABLE or TRANSFERABLE for any reason whatsoever.
- A minimum of 75% ATTENDANCE is compulsory to demand certificates.
- A maximum of 10 pre-informed leaves will be allowed throughout the course, after which backup classes won’t be provided.
- The Institute reserves the right to make any changes/ amendments to the terms and conditions of admission at any time.
- Students are not allowed to share their LMS with anyone or else it will be locked for you and you won’t be able to utilize it.
- By Filling up the admission form all students are agreed to the institute’s terms & conditions.

I agree that The Director/ Management’s decision in all matters concerning admission, studies, discipline, training, and conduct will be final and binding on me.
- I shall not have any objection if I am expelled/rusticated from the college/institute due to my participation in any unlawful activity or any other activity which violates the code of conduct of the institute.
- I understand that the consumption of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicant and smoking within the Institute premises is forbidden.
- I also know that in case of discontinuation of my studies or leaving the institute in between the duration of the course I shall have to pay the fee for the remaining duration of the course. Failing to do so the institute can take any legal action against me.
